It’s burned wood (from the HEU strike, thermobaric) incinerated by the energy rising quite fast.

Obviously no civilian victim or terrorist. Possibly a pure depollution attempt. I don’t really think it’s the best way except if some day new trees are planted instead and a cloud-catch with magnets is done at the time of the strike (ideally) where this becomes a valid model in such a deserted area. Yes. Because everything is sublevated.

Also, Na24-salted bombs aren’t for DU depollution… seriously. (😂)
