Did the regime collapse because the primitive nuclear bombs achieved were of poor quality, as opposed to what is possible without human bodies in the mix ? Or did they not care too much about the quality of the bombs because on 1979 the cleaning was done (up to deep in the soils by killing four million people in) and they did not care about the rest.
